I’m happy to share than I’ve recently joined two ventures that align with my passion for innovation and strategic growth.

At SmartGateVC, I serve as a Venture Advisor, contributing to the fund’s success and investment strategy alongside key leaders like Armine Galstyan, the Principal and Head of U.S. Operations who drives North American growth and leads their tech hub in Glendale, Ashot Arzumanyan, a Co-founder and Partner, as well as Partner Areg Alimian, all of whom bring deep expertise to our mission. Together, we will focus on identifying promising early-stage companies, mentoring portfolio founders, and expanding the fund’s network and opportunities.

SmartGameVC is based in Glendale, California and Armenia. It specializes in deep tech investments such as AI with healthcare, biotech, cybersecurity, and IoT. The fund has a strong track record of backing breakthrough technologies and visionary founders.

I’ll be also serving OffensAI.com as an Advisor, working with the amazing founders Karen Nguyen,  Dragos S., and Eduard Agavriloae, I’ll provide hands-on strategic guidance,  support critical projects, and help shape the OffensAI’s path to success.
