Hello 2026!

As we step into the new year, I couldn’t be more excited about my keynote at Planet Cyber Sec AI.  The conference opens with a keynote from my friend Ron Dilley, and if you’re thinking “AI security is moving fast,” you’re not wrong. As AI systems stretch across vendors, interfaces, and dependencies, the risk landscape is getting more opaque, more interconnected, and a lot more unpredictable.

And apparently the organizers are just as excited about what’s coming next. I just got the official conference email for my talk “Why Incident Response Plans Fail When it Matters – From Documentation to Execution Under Pressure“.

The organizers are hyped, and honestly, so am I.

The email put it perfectly:

“If you’re responsible for incident response, resilience, or security leadership, this keynote alone is worth being in the room for.”
